The app takes a moment to load or shows a blank screen.
Content or videos are slow to buffer.
Buttons or features don't respond as they should.
First steps to try:
- Make sure you’re using the most recent app version; outdated versions may contain bugs we have already fixed. Open the app page in the App Store /Google Play Market and check for available updates.
- Check that your device is compatible with the app. Minimum requirements are:
- iOS 17.0 or later
- Android 9 and up
- Mac OS 14 and up (M1 chip and up)
- Check your internet connection: switch from Wi-Fi to a mobile network, and vice versa.
- Re-install the app.
